Balance your polarised energies for greater harmony in this Mandala Vinyasa and Yin yoga class as you experience the benefit of both practices in one session. Explore the external, dynamic and warming Yang from a creative Vinyasa 360 degrees sequence and internal, passive and cooling Yin with long releasing holds to gain energetic symmetry.
