Balance your polarised energies for greater harmony in this Mandala Vinyasa and Yin yoga class as you experience the benefit of both practices in one session. Explore the external, dynamic and warming Yang from a creative Vinyasa 360 degrees sequence and internal, passive and cooling Yin with long releasing holds to gain energetic symmetry. We recommend that attendees have a basic understating of Vinyasa yoga before attending, please see our Grounding Vinyasa or Strength in Alignment class beforehand if you are a beginner to get the most from this class.
